Shipments are usually made within 2-7 business days after an order is placed.

Your order will be delivered via UPS standard service.

We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time. However, PROFYLE cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or service interruptions.

An email with the tracking number will be sent to you once the order has shipped. Once packages are delivered, PROFYLE is not responsible for them. It is the responsibility of the carrier to handle any issues with packages after PROFYLE has fulfilled them.
